We’ll gladly address your concerns and help you however we can.
Your First Visit
Every patient is different and that’s why we will tailor your first visit to your individual needs. First and foremost, you will meet with Dr. Philipps for a personal interview. During this time, we can get to know your reasons for visiting us, as well as your short- and long-term goals. This conversation will determine what will follow. After your exam, Dr. Philipps will review her findings and recommend options for treatment. In some cases, we schedule a follow-up appointment, so the dentist can carefully research your case.
Your comprehensive exam may include the following:
- Oral Cancer Screening
- Tooth-by-Tooth Inspection
- Occlusion (Bite) Analysis
- Periodontal Charting
- Digital Radiography
- Impressions for Models
- Digital Photography
Before we get started with your visit, you’ll need to complete some new patient forms. These give us your medical and dental history and all the information we need to file any insurance claims. We recommend that you arrive a little early to fill out this paperwork or to avoid spending more time in our waiting room, you can click below, download the forms, and bring them with you. That way, you’ll be ready to begin without a long wait.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Do you have dental insurance through your employer or on your own? Taking advantage of this resource is a great way to keep your smile healthy for many years to come. Although we are not in-network with insurance plans, we are happy to file claims on your behalf to help you save money on your dental care in the long run. Our knowledgeable team members can also help you understand your coverage and give you tips to maximize it to your benefit.
Paying for some procedures in one lump sum can put an uncomfortable strain on your wallet. That’s why we work with CareCredit, a trusted financing company in the dental field. We can help you apply for low-interest financing to pay for dental services. Instead of one large payment, you’ll be able to divide the cost into smaller monthly payments, making every procedure more affordable and fit more easily into your budget.
